Stimulation of Employees’ Green Creativity through Green Transformational Leadership and Management Initiatives

Drawing upon the componential theory of creativity and social information processing theory, this research elucidates how why synergy green HR practices strategies stimulate creativity. It also explores possible mediation effect transformational leadership (TFL) on relationship between organizational interventions Survey questionnaires were used to collect data from managers working in large manufacturing firms. The structural equation modeling technique was applied test hypothesized relationships. Findings revealed that management initiatives TFL Moreover, intervening impact aforementioned relationships established. Policymakers should devise provide support for stimulation creativity, whereas must ensure compatibility functions with corresponding strategies. Employees involved creative behaviors be rewarded retained. Training provided order keep employees abreast latest environment conservation. Furthermore, exhibit a style advance fuel among employees. This study highlights significance firm’s employees’ found contextual precursor TFL, which enhances our understanding style. Lastly, implies it can serve as proximal outcome implement agenda.
